Welland Valley CC / Whizz Kids
We have just sponsored the Whizz kids section of the South Leicestershire based Welland Valley CC. This section dedicated to the under 16's helps and supports youngsters right from the grass roots level and up. It has even spawned a Junior champion is Great Britains George Atkins.
This 4 year deal offers financial support as well as workshop time. As the club has a pool of loan bicycles, so anyone new to the sport and doesn't have the correct size bicycle can use one from the pool. Now with our support, the rider will know it is a safe ride.
CATS Mountain Bike Club
Founded in 1998, CATS MBC promotes mountain biking all over South Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and North Bedfordhire. They meet every Wednesday for their 2 hour evening ride and can cover up to 45km. They are guardians of the local byeways and rights of ways. They promote many events during the year including cross country racing and orienteering. Often known as Trailquesting.
Friday Night Summer Series
The Friday Night Summer Series has been running since 1992. This was known originally as the "Inter Club Mountain Bike Summer Series" but was changed to encourage more riders to take part, as many thought you needed to be a cycling club member to ride.
Now the series attracts rides from all over the midlands and for an hour long race on a Friday event, often attracts over 100 riders.

Harborough Wheels Project
This is a local project for the redevelopment of the 1970's skateboard park into a modern sprayed concrete "Self Propelled Sports" park catering for BMXers, Skaters, Bladers and Scooter riders

Harborough Sports Awards
We have sponsored one of the categories for the local sports awards hosted by the local newspaper, The Harborough Mail for many years. Cyclists have tradititionally done well in the awards as the local area has many cycling clubs attracting in excess of 400 competitive riders.
Tom Davis
Tom is a local BMXer, who still in his teens, rides for Sunday. He is a very talented street rider who has had several features and photos in the BMX press. We have supported Tom for many years through workshop time and products.
